Julia AI is a coachbot that has been trained using my approach to coaching psychology, drawing on the principles, questions and methods I use in my own practice. Rather than simply generating generic advice, it is designed to help you think more deeply, clarify your goals, challenge unhelpful patterns and maintain momentum between coaching sessions. It’s available whenever you need it, whether you’re preparing for a session, reflecting afterwards, working through a difficult decision or simply need help getting unstuck.
You might wonder why you wouldn’t just use ChatGPT or Claude. While these are excellent general-purpose AI assistants, they have no inherent understanding of how I coach or what matters most in our work together. My AI Coach has been carefully configured to reflect my coaching philosophy, communication style and evidence-based approach. Instead of trying to answer every question, it focuses on asking thoughtful questions, encouraging self-reflection and supporting lasting change rather than offering quick fixes. Think of it as having access to my coaching style whenever you need it, while recognising that it is not a substitute for personalised coaching or professional advice.
I offer Julia AI as an optional support between coaching sessions.
