Leadership roles are demanding. Many leaders spend their time responding to immediate pressures: making decisions, managing people, navigating change, and balancing competing priorities. What is often missing is protected space to step back and reflect on how leadership is being enacted, and what impact it is having on others.
What I’m offering
I am currently recruiting two workplace leaders to take part in four one-to-one coaching sessions of approximately one hour each. The coaching will take place online during March and April and will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams or in-person in St Georges, Weston-super-Mare BS22 7SB.
The focus of the coaching is on leadership practice and its impact on teams or organisations. Examples of suitable areas of focus include:
- leading a team through change or uncertainty
- managing team dynamics or performance
- navigating organisational complexity or competing demands
- examining how leadership behaviours affect others
